1.5 Tbsp each rice vinegar & soy sauce
2 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp sugar
1 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
1 Tbsp peanut oil
4 baby bok choy (~4 c)
3 garlic cloves
1 Tbsp ginger
2 green onions
In wok, heat up 1 Tbsp peanut oil, stir-fry bok choy for a few minutes. Add garlic, ginger & green onions. Add sauce & heat through.
Serving Size: Makes 4 1/2 c. servings
