19 oz can Chick Peas - no salt - rinsed in cold water
juice from 1 lemon
whole roasted garlic bulb
1 tsp cumin
1/4 cup tahini
2 tbsp olive oil
Combine all ingredients, and blend until till smooth. If it becomes too thick, add a bit of water.
Makes 2 cups, 16 servings of 2 tbsp (1/8 cup)
