Tilapia with Sour Cream & Dill Sauce

Ingredients

6 Tilapia Fillets
1/2 Cup Sour Cream, reduced fat
1/3 Cup Mayonnaise
1/2 Cup finely chopped onions
1 Tbsp finely chopped Parsley
5 sprigs finely chopped Dill Weed, fresh
1 Tbsp fresh Lemon juice
2 tsp salt
2 tsp black pepper
Directions
Heat oven to 350. Grease a baking pan, large enough to place each tilapia separately. Place Fillets in pan. Combine ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Spread evenly over each Fillet.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes, or until fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
