Coach Jen's Meatballs

Introduction

My mom's recipe that always gets compliments! My mom's recipe that always gets compliments!
Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    1 lb ground turkey
    1 1/2 tbsp minced onion
    1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
    1 large egg
    1 slice whole wheat bread
    1 tsp salt

Directions

In a bowl, crumble bread into small pieces and combine all ingredients. (I use my hands to make sure it's well- mixed.) Roll into small to medium-sized meatballs (depending on your preference).

Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes or until cooked through.

Makes approximately 15-20 meatballs.
