Chicken, Veggies, & Brown Rice

Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    2 cups chopped tomatoes
    2 cups chopped spinach
    3 cloves sliced garlic
    1 tsp ground black pepper
    1 tbsp flaxseed
    5 cups cooked brown rice

Directions

*Place chicken into a baking dish.
*Mix tomatoes, spinach, garlic, pepper, and flaxseed.
*Pour mixture on top of chicken.
*Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
*Serve on top of cooked brown rice.

Serving Size: Make 5 servings of 1 chicken breast, 1 cup rice, and vegetables
