Introduction

this is a great pre workout meal (i eat about an hour before) this is a great pre workout meal (i eat about an hour before)
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    Oats, 30 grams
    1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder (I use 100% whey)
    3 Egg Whites
    3 tbl Tree Top No Sugar Added Applesauce
    1 tbl Flax Seed, ground
    cinnamon to taste
    1 pk truvia
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
    optional toppings (nuts, berries or dried fruit) not included in the nutr. info

Directions

place all (leave out any berries) in micro safe bowl. scramble together. Micro for 2 min. Enjoy
