Dark Chocolate Hazelnut Easter Eggs

Ingredients

1 cup chopped hazelnuts
4 oz dark chocolate
4 oz semisweet chocolate chips
1 stick butter softened
3/4 homemade nutella
15oz powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
11 oz dark chocolate

Directions
Make homemade Nutella in the food processor-Place 1 cup chopped hazelnuts in food processor and process for about 10 minutes until hazelnuts become hazelbutter. Add dark chocolate broken up in small pieces 1.45oz at a time. Then add 2oz of chocolate chips at a time until blended smooth.
In a mixing bowl add 3/4 cup of homemade nutella (directions above) & softened butter. Cream together and add powder sugar a little at a time. Form 1 inch small egg shapes. Melt dark chocolate in microwave. Dip eggs in chocolate using 2 forks. Place on wax paper. Chill in fridge for 10 minutes. Store in an airtight container.
