Ingredients

    1/2 head cauliflower
    1/2 cup coconut milk
    1 tablespoon butter

Directions

steam cauliflower 30 minutes. drain water. add 1/2 cup coconut milk [not the sweet kind] and 1 tablespoon real butter. mash with a potato masher. eat and enjoy!
