Easy Mock chicken enchiladas

Ingredients

Philadelphia Cooking Creme, Santa Fe Blend 1/2 cup
Lightlife smart strips chick'n style strips 1box,
Hunt's Diced Fire Roasted Tomatoes with Garlic 1can
Cabot Vermont 50% Light Cheddar Cheese 1/4 cup
diced onion 2 tbsp
Mayan Farm (Whole Wheat Tortilla), 4 serving
Directions
Saute onion in non stick pan sprayed with cooking spray
add chicken heat for few minutes
add can of tomatoes
add in santa fe cooking creme
heat through
spoon mixture into tortillas top with cheese and fold up and put in baking dish
take extra sauce and pour over tortillas
cook 350 for 15 20 minutes
these are made with large tortillas 130 calories each use smaller ones if you like so there are more! You can also reduce calories and fat by using just 1/4 cup instead 2 servings - I only had light cheddar on hand but you can you what ever you like!
