Stirfry zucchini, onions and mushrooms

Introduction

A great side dish added to many meals, even my kids will eat it! A great side dish added to many meals, even my kids will eat it!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    4 cups julienned zucchini
    2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
    1 med. onion (approx 3/4 cup)
    2 tbsp canola oil
    3 tbsp teriyaki sauce and marinade

Directions

Heat the oil in a wok or skillet, add onions and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add mushrooms, zucchini, and teriyaki. Stir-fry for 6-8 minutes until tender.

Serving Size: 6 - 3/4 cup servings
