Flax Meal Pizza Crust

Ingredients

    1/4 cup flaxseed
    1 tsp coconut flour (optional)
    1 TB almond flour
    2 TB grated parmesan cheese
    1 large egg
    1/4 tsp garlic powder
    1/8 tsp salt
    1 drop liquid Stevia

Directions

Mix all ingredients until well combined. Lightly grease a small dinner plate or a salad plate. Microwave for 1 minute and 15 seconds. Fry the resulting crust in butter until golden brown on both sides. Add your toppings and bake at 400 until cheese is melted.

Serving Size: Makes one personal pizza crust
