Introduction

These are some tasty pancakes that come out thick without using buttermilk. These are some tasty pancakes that come out thick without using buttermilk.
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    2 Large Eggs
    1 1/4 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
    3/4 Cup All Purpose Flour
    1 1/2 Cup Milk
    2 Tablespoons Sugar
    4 Tablespoons Coconut Oil
    2 Tablespoons Baking Powder
    1/2 Teaspoon Salt
    Additional Coconut Oil to grease griddle

Directions

1. Beat eggs in a medium bowl until fluffy.

2. Fold in remaining ingredients.

3. Heat the griddle to medium heat or 375 degrees.

4. Pour batter on to griddle & cook pancakes.

Serving Size: Makes 16 medium sized pancakes
