wheat flour(225gms) 1.5 cup, soy flour(50gms) 0.5cup, Oats flour(75gms) water as needed
Mix all the flours together. Kneed by adding water till it is firm but soft to touch. Apply oil to the kneaded ball. Cover and keep for an hr. Then cut into equal size dough balls. Roll them out. Roast them on both sides. Hold on heat source till it puffs out Remove. and serve hot.
