Ingredients

4 anaheim green chiles(prepared as per
recipe 'preparjing green peppers')
1 big can husked tomatillos (appx. 4 cups)
2 T veg oil(I havent tried this with any less or
different type)
.5 cup chopped cilantro
1 cp chopped onion
salt to taste about .5 tsp.
Directions
prepare chiles and dice. chop cilantro and onions. put tomatillos with juice and all, chiles, oil, cilantro, onion and salt in blender. blend untill smooth. makes appx 3.5 cups. 7 half cup servings
