    Winter Squash or Pumpkin, 1.5 cup
    Cinnamon, 1 tsp
    Salt, 1/4 tsp
    Yogurt - Nestlé 0% fat, 185 grams (about 3/4 c)
    Raisins, 1/4 cup

Directions
