Mom's Brisket

Introduction

Easy brisket recipe that was a favorite growing up Easy brisket recipe that was a favorite growing up
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2.5 lb beef brisket (lean)
    1 pkg lipton onion soup mix
    low sodium soy sauce
    water
    baby carrots
    red potatoes

Directions

Place brisket in oven dish. Put dry soup mix in bowl. Fill envelope from dry soup mix 1/2 way with the soy sauce, add to dry mix. Fill envelope from dry soup mix all the way with water. Add to soup mix. Mix well then pour over brisket. Cover with foil and slow cook at 350 . Half way through cooking, add baby carrots and small red potatoes in with the brisket., Cover back up and cook until vegies and brisket done.
Enjoy!
