Soy Sauce (Tamari) 2/3 Cup
Sugar 1 Cup
Scallions 3-4 medium length, chopped
Ginger 5 slices, finely chopped
Garlic 3 medium sized cloves, finely chopped
Chicken Thighs (6 count)
Rinse chicken, (cut fat if desired) and place face down in the bowl and put in fridge to marinate for one hour.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and place just the chicken thighs into a glass pan. For every 15 minutes bast the chicken thighs with the left over Tamari mixture--pouring the remaining liquid over the chicken for the last 15 minutes.
Enjoy with a salad or over a bed of Brown/White Rice for Teriyaki goodness!
