6- 4oz tilapia fillets
6 tbsp of chopped chives
3 tsp fresh ginger root minced
2 tbsp sesame oil
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 tbsp thai chili sauce
6 pcs of foil big enough to wrap 1 fish fillet in.
Place each fillet on a square of foil and bring up sides slightly. Spoon sauce over each fillet and sprinkle with 1 tbsp of chives each.
Wrap foil around the fish and bake at 425F for 10 to 15 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork.
