Garden Ranch Pizza

Ingredients

    1 package refrigerated (rolled) pizza crust
    1/2 cup light mayonnaise
    1/2 package ranch seasoning and salad dressing mix
    2 cups Kraft 2% Italian Cheese blend
    1 cup chopped broccoli
    1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
    1 cup chopped carrots

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Unroll pizza dough on a cookie sheet covered with nonstick aluminum foil.

In a bowl, combine mayo and ranch powder; stir until well mixed. Spread mixture evenly over crust to within 1/2 inch of edge.

Top with half of the mozzarella cheese.

Sprinkle veggies over pizza, then top with remaining mozzarella cheese.

Bake 18-22 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Remove from oven; let stand 10 minutes. Cut into 16 squares using pizza cutter.
