Introduction

I substituted carrot juice for the milk in my regular smoothie recipe and it turned out great! I substituted carrot juice for the milk in my regular smoothie recipe and it turned out great!

Ingredients

    6oz fat free greek yogurt
    1/2 C carrot juice
    1 T honey
    1 C frozen fruit of your choice

Directions

Place all ingredients in blender or food processor and go!

Serving Size: Makes 1 2-cup serving
