Healthy Banana Oat Bar

Introduction

Number of Servings: 9

Ingredients

    2 mashed bananas
    1/4 cup applesauce
    1 1/2 tsp vanilla
    2 cups oats
    1/4 cup walnuts
    1/4 cup coconut
    1/2 cup raisins or dates (or a combination of the two)

Directions

Combine all ingredients. Press into greased 8x8 pan. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes.
