Cheat-Jules' Chicken

Ingredients

    Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
    Mayonnaise
    Parmesan Cheese, grated
    Lemon Juice
    Worcestershire Sauce
    Garlic, minced or powder (Mrs Dash)
    Salt and Pepper
    Bread Crumbs
    PAM Cooking Spray

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Spray 13x9-in pan with PAM.
Mix together mayo, half the Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire and garlic (can add paprika too if you wish). In a separate dish, mix breadcrumbs, remaining Parmesan, salt and pepper. Trim chicken, cut in half (can pound if you wish to reduce cooking time). Paint top side with mayo mixture, place that side down in crumbs. Paint new top side with mayo mixture, flip to coat that side with crumbs. Remove to cooking dish and repeat with remaining chicken.
Cook 45 minutes to 1 hour until golden brown and chicken is completely cooked through.
