Crockpot salsa Chicken

Introduction

Serve over brown rice and this is a complete meal with little work! This is great for large groups of people or just a family dinner. Serve over brown rice and this is a complete meal with little work! This is great for large groups of people or just a family dinner.

Ingredients

    4 boneless chicken breasts (1.5 lbs total)
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can corn
    1 can black beans
    1 packet reduced sodium taco seasoning
    1 cup salsa
    1 cup sour cream

Directions

Add all ingredients to the crockpot except sour cream and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3-4 hours.

After cooked take out chicken breasts and shred, return chicken to the crockpot and add sour cream.

Serve over brown rice
