Introduction

This is a great breakfast or even lunch on the go. Has everything you need to keep you full for the whole day. - Calorie count does NOT include Walnuts because I have found they do not agree with me. Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/2 Cup Frozen Blueberries (or any fruit of your choice)
    3/4 Cup Plain Low Fat Yogurt
    1 oz Chopped Walnuts (optional)
    1/2 Cup Uncooked Old Fashion Oats (not Quick Oats)
    1/2 cup Water
    2 tsp Sugar
    2 oz Milk, 1%

Directions

Add Oats, water, blueberries, yogurt, walnuts, sugar to a blender until smooth.
As this sits it gets thicker (because of the uncooked oats) so I add about 2 oz of milk just before drinking it. It is best if drank through a straw.
With the milk it makes a 16 oz serving.
