Raw Vegan Fig Newtons

Introduction

I bought some figs and didn't know what to do with them then found this recipe online. I bought some figs and didn't know what to do with them then found this recipe online.
Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    1 cup raw cashews or almonds
    3 cups dried figs
    juice of one lemon
    about 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions

First grind up cashews in food processor then put on a plate.

Process figs until they turn into a ball. Cut that in half and shape as desired. Dip in the figs in the ground cashews and cut however desired if needed.

Refrigerate leftovers to keep texture.
