Tangy Coleslaw

Introduction

Based on slaw from Dinosaur BBQ restaurant. Best ever! Based on slaw from Dinosaur BBQ restaurant. Best ever!
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    Slaw:

    Half head each of green and red cabbage, shredded
    Carrots, shredded to make one cup
    Red Bell pepper, sliced think

    Dressing: (mix together)

    Grate one small onion
    mince 2 garlic cloves
    1 Tbs brown sugar
    1/2 cup cider vinegar
    1 cup low fat mayo
    1 tsp pepper
    2 fat pinches salt
    1 tps celery seed

    Toss everything together and enjoy.

    *This is really tangy from the vinegar - if you like it less tangy reduce the vinegar.

Directions

Chop/shred veggies. Grate onion and mix together with other dressing ingredients. Toss it all together and enjoy.

Serving Size: makes 10 half cup servings
