Blueberry Pancakes

Introduction

Full of fiber and protein. Very filling, only need a couple to start your day. Full of fiber and protein. Very filling, only need a couple to start your day.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    3/4 cup w w flour
    3/4 cup oat flour
    1/4 cup flaxseed meal
    1/4 cup oat bran
    1/2 tsp soda
    1 tsp baking powder
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup molasses
    1.5 cups 1% milk
    1/2 cup greek yogurt
    1/4 cup applesauce
    1/2 cup blueberries
    1/4 cup sunflower seeds

Directions

Mix dry ingredients together and then add wet ingredients. Cook in skillet or on griddle on med high until done, aprox. 1.5 minutes per side.
