Ingredients

2 small, raw wild salmon fillets (6 oz. total)
2 tbsp olive oil
zest and juice of 1 whole lemon
1/4 cup dry white wine
1/4 tsp coarse sea salt
1 tsp dried dill
Directions
Whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice and zest, wine, sea salt and dill. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish or resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over the fish. Cover (or seal the bag) and refrigerate 20-30 minutes. Prep and heat your grill. Grill for 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Serve immediately.
Serving Size: Makes 2 fillets -- should weigh 3 oz. each once cooked
