Banana Hemp Smoothie

Ingredients

1 Medium Banana
4 T Hemp + Fiber Powder
3 T Shelled Hemp Seeds
8 oz. Fat Free Skim Milk
1 t Vanilla
1 t Brown Sugar (optional, but included in nutritional info.)
3 Ice Cubes
Directions
Slice banana into blender. Place all other ingredients in blender and blend! My blender takes about 3 minutes to froth up the mixture and incorporate the ice cubes, but blending times may vary.
Serving Size: Makes 2 servings
If you choose to make 1/2 recipe, consider slicing up 1/2 banana and freezing for next time. Measurements for 1 servings (1/2 recipe):
