Vegan Apple Crisp

Ingredients

    3 apples
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1/2 tsp cinnamon

    1 to 1-1/4 cup oats
    1/2 cup white flour
    1/2 cup wheat flour
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/4 tsp salt
    ---
    1/4 cup canola oil
    3 tbsp milk
    1 tsp vanilla

Directions

Preheat oven to 350.

Chop apples into small squares. Ii usually keep the skin on (more fiber!) Mix with brown sugar and cinnamon

Combine dry ingredients, using 1 cup of oats to start with, then add wet ingredients. You may need to add an extra 1/4 cup of oats to make the mixture crumbly.
Add crumbly mixture with apples (MIX) and press into a greased 8x8 pan.

Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes.
