Ingredients

    2 tbl olive oil
    10 baby carrots
    1 cup broccoli
    1 med onion
    7 brussell sprouts

Directions

line a casserole dish with tinfoil. Put all veggis in tinfoil, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic salt or whatever seasoning you prefer. Wrap tinfoil up tight and bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
