Ingredients



    * Pork Tenderloin, 1 piece, cooked, excluding refuse
    * Garlic, 3 tsp
    * Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 cup
    * Beans, black, 1 cup
    * Beans, red kidney, 1 cup
    * Beans, pinto, 1 cup
    * *Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 7 serving
    * Chicken Broth, .5 cup (8 fl oz)
    * Lime Juice, 4 mL

Directions

Place the pork in the pre-sprayed (non-stick spray) crock pot, lightly sprinkle a dash of red pepper flakes, oregano and onion powder. Layer atop with minced garlic, black beans (rinsed & drained), corn (rinsed & drained), then add the kidney beans (rinsed & drained) and pinto beans (rinsed & drained)... followed by the two cans of tomatoes with juice.

Set on Low and leave for many hours...

Not figured into Nutritional info, tortillas, cheese, lettuce, sour cream etc...
