Introduction

I read this on a Raw website when researching for my Raw Diet Cleanse. I've eaten it almost every day since. It's a refreshing start to your day. Or a pick me up snack. I read this on a Raw website when researching for my Raw Diet Cleanse. I've eaten it almost every day since. It's a refreshing start to your day. Or a pick me up snack.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 Medium Fresh Banana
    Handful of your favorite Trailmix (Sticking to the raw theme I used Raw cashews, Raw sliced Almonds, Raw de-shelled Pistachios, Dried Cranberries and diced up dried apricot.)
    1 cup of your chioce of Frozen or fresh fruit. I used 1/2 cup of blueberries and 1/2 cup of dark cherries.
    1/2 cup all natural coconut milk or almond milk or soy milk unsweetened.
    Cinnamon and Cardamom to taste

Directions

Mash Banana in bottom of bowl. Pour in Milk of choice and mash banana a little more. Mix in trail mix with cinnamon and cardamom to taste. And top with frozen fruit. Enjoy Cold.

Serving Size: Makes 1 yummy bowl
