Introduction

This refreshing frozen treat is a take on one of my favorite sugury summer beverage: Horchata! A good instant coffee adds richness and makes this a great stand-in for the overly sweet frozen frappes served up at your neighborhood coffee shop. For a twist, substituting in one of the flavored Starbucks Via's and omitting the agave gives you a whole new flavor for the same calories! Ingredients

    2 cups Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
    1 tbsp Blue Agave Syrup
    2 tsp Ground Cinnamon, plus more for sprinkling
    2 tsp Vanilla Bourbon Extract
    1 packet Starbucks Via Ready Brew Italian Roast (regular of decaf)
    10 large ice cubes

Directions

Place all ingrediants in a blender and pulse until smooth and slushy. Pour into two highball glasses and garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon. Serve with a bendy straw and a smile. :)
