Homemade Gluten Free Chicken Noodle Soup Homemade Gluten Free Chicken Noodle Soup
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    Bones of a Turkey or Chicken
    2 cups of diced carrots
    2 cups of diced celery
    2 stalks of celery
    quarter of a medium onion
    1 can of great value chunk chicken
    1 serving of Gluten free spaghetti style pasta De Boles

Directions

Simmer Bones of Turkey or Chicken in Crockpot overnight with 2 stalks of Celery and a quarter of a medium Onion with10 cups of water to make stock.
Strain into a bowl. Put half of the stock 5 cups back in crockpot add remaining ingredients and break Pasta into 1 inch pieces. cook for 1 more hour on high
