Macaroni, dry, enriched, 8 oz
1 T olive oil
Cheese Extra Sharp Cheddar (shredded), 3 cup
Milk, 2%, 1.5 cup
Milk, canned, evaporated, 13 fl oz
Iodized Salt, 1 tsp
Black pepper, .5 tsp
Dried Onion Flakes, 1-2 tbsp depending on taste
2 T melted margarine
drain macaroni, put in crockpot and stir in oil, coating the macaroni. Add all other ingredients and stir together. Add garlic and onion powder to taste.
cook on low 3-4 hrs. or high for 2. You want the macaroni to be creamy, not liquidy. cook until it's not runny anymore.
