Introduction

This is a recipe that calls for shredded chicken breast and recommended serving with Ponzu dressing. For simplicity sake, I am putting the salad minus the meat and dressing separate so that I can whatever meat I want and if I want to use the dressing for other salads. Ingredients

    100 g. or 3.5 oz. baby spinach
    1 roma tomato, diced
    1 T. cilantro, chopped

Directions

Put all ingredients together. Add meat of your choice (optional). Recommend using the recipe for ponzu dressing (not calculated in nutritional info):
1 T. lemon juice
1/2 T. Bragg's Liquid Aminos
1/2 T. vinegar
1 t. sesame oil
1 t. soy sauce
1 t. fresh grated ginger
