Ingredients

1 lb extra lean ground turkey
1 cup uncooked no yolk noodles
1 cup frozen whole kernal corn
1 cup chopped onion
Sauce:
1/2 cup thick and chunky salsa
2 (8oz) cans tomato sauce
Directions
1. Brown turkey in nonstick skillet. Drain fat and wipe skillet clean.
2. Return turkey to skillet and add all remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10 - 12 minutes until noodles are of desired tenderness.
