1/2 chicken breast, cut into small pieces
1/2 cup vermicelli
1 onion, peeled
2 TBSP chopped celery or parsley
2 TBSP butter
1/2 tsp salt
5 cups water
2 cinnamon sticks
Cut up onion, return to chicken and remove solid spices.
Add celery, vermicelli and salt to stock, and bring to boil. Heat for 20 more minutes.
