1 package frozen broccoli and cauliflower 1 can cream corn 1 can regular corn, drained 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 cup shredded cheese 3/4 of a "pole" of Ritz crackers
Cook frozen vegetables in the microwave. (about 8 minutes on high). Meanwhile, mix corn, cream corn, soup and cheese in a casserole dish. Add the broccoli and cauliflower. Crush the crackers with your hands and sprinkle on top of the veggie mixture. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
