Tuna & Egg Salad

Introduction

Nice protein packed low carb meal. Serve on a bed of lettuce or make a wrap with lettuce leaves. Nice protein packed low carb meal. Serve on a bed of lettuce or make a wrap with lettuce leaves.

Ingredients

    14oz of water packed solid white tuna
    2 hard boiled eggs diced
    3 Tbsp mayo
    1 Tbso stone ground mustard
    1 medium stalk of celery diced
    2 oz dill pickle relish
    1 tbsp chives diced
    black pepper to taste

Directions

Drain tuna. In a bowl mix together mayo, mustard & relish. Add tuna mix well, add egg & chives & black pepper. Mix to combine. Put in the fridge for an hour or so before serving to let the flavors combine.

Serving size makes 4 servings.
