Tuna & Egg Salad

Introduction

This is a great low carb high protein meal. I like to serve it in romaine lettuce leaves for a wrap or on top of a bed of greens. This is a great low carb high protein meal. I like to serve it in romaine lettuce leaves for a wrap or on top of a bed of greens.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    3 Tbsp Mayo
    1 Tbsp ground mustard
    2 oz dill pickle relish (I used Bubbies no sugar added)
    14 oz of solid white tuna drained
    1 small stalk of celery diced
    2 hard boiled eggs chopped
    pepper to taste

Directions

Combine mayo, mustard & relish in a bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Chill for an hour before serving to let the flavors blend.
