Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 1/4 cup garbanzo bean flour
    1 Tbsp applesauce
    1 Tbsp olive oil (or canola)
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 cup almond milk

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375*
2. Grease a 8-9” round cake pan, or pie dish.
3. Mix all ingredients together, until just combined.
4. Pour the batter into the pan and bake for about 40min. It will be very cracked with browned edges.


Serving Size: Makes 8 Wedges
