Italian Fajitas

Introduction

An easy meal to prepare especially if you have leftover chicken. An easy meal to prepare especially if you have leftover chicken.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 lb (yield from ready to cook) Chicken Breast (leftovers best)
    2 12oz. bags Kroger 3 Pepper and Onion blend (frozen)
    1 pkg Good Season Zesty Italian Dressing (dry)
    1 1/2 T Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    6 Mission Large Flour Tortilla (burrito)

Directions

Shred cooked chicken. Mix dry seasoning into chicken. Heat olive oil in skillet. Add pepper blend and chicken together. Cook until peppers are heated thoroughly. Meanwhile, heat tortillas as directed by package.

Wrap 1 cup of mix into a tortilla and enjoy.

Serving Size: makes 6 1-cup servings
