Nacho Cheese Dip

Introduction

This is my mother's nacho cheese dip. It's not a low calorie recipe, but it's delicious and fine in moderation. You can lower the calorie content by using skim milk and it wouldn't alter the taste much. You could also use the 2% Velveeta. This is my mother's nacho cheese dip. Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    *1.5 lb Velveeta (cubed)
    * 2 cans Campbell's Fiesta Nacho Cheese Soup
    *1/2 lb. Lean Ground Hamburger
    *1/2 c. 2% Milk

Directions

In a skillet, cook and brown the ground hamburger. Drain any excess grease and pat dry with paper towel. Transfer cooked hamburger into a pot and add milk and nacho cheese soup. Cook on medium-high heat and gradually add Velveeta cubes and allow to melt. Serve warm with tortilla chips.

If you're able to splurge on calories, it's great with Doritos.
