This is so rich and chocolaty. Perfect when you want something decadent, but no leftovers ;)

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    3 level Tbsp. pudding in the mix chocolate fudge cake mix
    1 TBSP egg replacer
    1 TBSP unsweetened cocoa
    2 packets purevia (or splenda)
    1/2 TBSP chopped chocolate (or chocolate chips chopped)
    1 fat free chocolate pudding snack, divided
    2 TBSP whipped cream

Directions

Spray a microwave safe mug or ramekin with nonstick spray. Add cake mix, egg replacer, cocoa, purevia (or splenda) and 2 TBSP water. Mix well.

Add chocolate chips and about 1/3 of the pudding to the ramekin/mug, and stir gently to combine. Microwave 1 minute.
Fluff with a fork, and then gently mix in the remaining pudding.
Microwave for 1 more minute.
Let cool slightly. Top with whipped cream.
Makes 1 serving

variation: add 1 -2 TBSP caramel sauce with the second addition of pudding :))
