Salmon Burgers

Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Salmon Wild Pink Canned 1/3 Cup or 55g, 2 serving (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
    Oats Quick Dry, 0.33 cup (remove)
    Potato flour, .33 cup (remove)
    Dill weed, dried, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Lemon Juice, .5 fl oz (remove)

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Add salt if you like, I do. Form into two patties and fry until brown on each side.

Serving Size: makes two 3.5" patties
