GF Choc Self-Saucing Pudding (Individual Ramekins)

Introduction

Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1/2 cup Gluten Free flour
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1 T cocoa
    1/4 cup caster sugar
    1/4 cup milk
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    2 T melted butter
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract

    Topping:
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1 T cocoa

Directions

Preheat oven to 180C. Grease ramekins. In a mixing bowl sift flour, cocoa and salt. Stir in sugar. Make well. Mix together egg, milk, butter and vanilla. Mix with dry ingredients. Spoon into ramekins and place on oven tray. Mix brown sugar and cocoa. Sprinkle on top. Fill each ramekin with boiling water. Bake 20-25 mins.
