Whole Wheat No Sugar Added Oatmeal Cookies

Yummy chewy oatmeal cookies! I originally made these for ice cream sandwiches for a youth centre I run, but I fell in love with these chewy things. Yummy chewy oatmeal cookies! Ingredients

1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 Cup Unbleached Flour
1 cup I can't believe it's not butter LIGHT spread (melted)
1 3/4 cup Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
3 cups Quaker Large Flake Oats
1 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
Cinnamon to taste
Directions
Pre heat oven to 350
Mix all dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients in another.
Combine the two bowls and mix well. I used my hands.
If the mixture, well not if, it will be sticky, I dampened my hands with water and this worked well. Scoop out 1/8th of a cup of dough and round into a ball. Flatten on a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Bake at 350 for about 10 minutes.
Cool and add ice cream in the middle like I did if you want :)
