Creamy Chicken and Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients

    Creamy Chicken Casserole
    1 can cream of chicken soup (I use the fat free)
    8 oz sour cream (I use light)
    3 cups poached chicken breast - shredded
    1 tsp onion powder
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tbsp dried parsley
    1 1/2 cups steamed broccoli, optional - you could mix this in when it thaws
    1 tsp poppy seeds, optional

    Put into a 9x9 greased pan, 11x13 if you've added broccoli
    Top with 4 oz Cheddar Cheese

    Melt 1 stick of butter (optional, I use none at all) with 1 sleeve of crushed Ritz crackers
    Pour over chicken mixture
    Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes

Directions
